When you use auditmyform.com, we process the URL or HTML you submit to generate an accessibility audit report. We do not store this data. Processing happens in memory and results are returned directly to your browser. We may send a brief audit notification (URL and form name) to our internal email for monitoring.

What we don't do

• We never submit forms or enter any data on your behalf
• We don't store your HTML or audit results on our servers
• We only keep a minimal audit notification (URL and form name) in internal email for monitoring
• We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate this tool:

• OpenAI — Generates report recommendations from audit findings (no personally identifiable information is sent)
• Browserless — Renders JavaScript-heavy pages when needed
• Umami — Privacy-focused analytics (no cookies, no personal data)
• Resend — Delivers feedback emails and audit notifications (URL and form name)

Local storage

Your browser stores a small amount of data locally:

• Daily audit count (resets each day)
• Recent audit history (URLs you've audited, stored only in your browser)

You can clear this data at any time via your browser settings.
